Grilled Pineapple With Honey And Coconut

   Peel and cut the pineapple in for peaces around the core part.

   Cut each peace in 6-8 wedges. Cut the lime in half.

   Roast the coconut in a dry hot frying pan, mix it with the honey.

   Barbecue the fruit together with the lime for about 4 minutes per side, turn it the whole time.

   Serve the fruit with the honey, ice cream and squeeze some of the lime over the fruit.

   Garnish with the mint
