Grilled Peaches With Ham And Cream Of Brie

   Cut the peaches in half, and remove the pit.

   In a grill, place the peaches with the inside facing down, and broil for 5 to 8 minutes, or until you begin to smell the fantastic aroma of the peaches caramelizing on the grates.

   If you want, you can turn the peaches over to gain some colour in the base.

   While peaches grill, remove the fat from the ham and cut into very small pieces.

   In a small bowl place the ham with the cream of brie, and thyme leaves.

   To serve, place the peaches on a plate, and cover with sauce.

   Garnish with a slice of ham.
