1 tentacles kilo cooked octopus

2 large egg yolks
5 cloves garlic chopped
2 tablespoons red pepper chopped
1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon tomato puree
1 pinch chili powder
1 7/8 cups olive oil
