Grilled Mushrooms With Cheese

   Slice mushrooms.

   Fry bacon until crisp, then drain and crumble.

   In 3 tablespoons of the bacon drippings, saute mushrooms for 2 minutes.

   Spread toast with mayonnaise; top with sauteed mushrooms, crumbled bacon, onion rings and cheese.

   Bake in preheated moderate oven (375u00b0) about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.

   Serves 6 as a luncheon dish or cut into quarters and serve as hors d'oeuvres.
