4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Using a glass jar or blender, dissolve sugar in vinegar and lemon juice.

Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously until mixed.

Place chicken in shallow dish.

Pour marinade over chicken.

Cover and chill 4 to 5 hours.

Grill medium 10 minutes each side.

Brush with leftover marinade.

If chicken with bone is used, cook 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
