Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

   Beat eggs and milk in bowl.

   Heat skillet on medium.

   Put grease in pan and wait until melted.

   When melted, dip one slice of bread in egg batter and put in skillet.

   Dip another piece of bread in the batter and put in skillet.

   Cook until both sides of the bread are golden brown.

   Then put one slice of cheese on top of the piece of bread and put the other piece of bread on top of the piece with cheese.

   Cook until cheese is melted.

   Repeat for the other two slices of bread.
