Grilled Bacon, Tomato And Cheese Sandwiches

   Toast bread and place on a cooking cooling rack.

   Place rack over a pan to catch drippings.

   On toast, place a slice of cheese, then thin slices of tomatoes.

   Place strips of bacon over tomatoes. Grill until bacon is brown and crispy.

   Bacon may be partly cooked first to remove some of the grease.
