1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
13 ounces, weight Pineapple Chunks (canned), With Syrup
⅓ cups Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 whole (bell) Green Pepper, Small, Coarsely Chopped
4 cups Cooked Rice
