   Heat oil in a pan

   Add sausage form into patties large ones.

   Have small pieces to crisp on side.

   When sausage is turned add sliced cheese after you turned and cooking for 1 and a half minutes.

   After cheese melts let cook 3 minutes more remove to a paper towel

   Slice the tomato thick and add to oil.

   Fry about 3 minutes.

   Turn and add parmesan cheese salt and pepper fry 2 minutes.

   Remoe to sausage patties 2 on each patty.

    Add sausage crisp, and basil.

    If you have any tomato left over dice and add to your plate add salt and pepper to taste.
