Name: Green Tomato Ketchup

Ingredients: 1 gal. green tomatoes, ground fine (measure after ground); 1 large head cabbage, ground; 1 qt. onions, ground; 2 hot peppers, ground; 2 sweet peppers, ground; 4 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. salt; 2 Tbsp. celery seed; 2 Tbsp. turmeric; 2 Tbsp. white mustard seed; 1 qt. pure vinegar

Combine tomatoes, onions and cabbage when ground into a bag and squeeze out juice
