Grapefruit Cupcakes

   Turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Peel half the grapefruit, cut in four pieces, and blend in the blender together with the sugar.

   Then add the eggs, milk, oil, and blend some more.

   Remove to a bowl.

   Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring, and mixing well.

   Pour into small silicone muffin cups, and bake for about 20 minutes.
