1
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in eggs one at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
2
Chill several hours. I know, waiting is hard. But it's worth it, I promise. While you're waiting, test the dough every so often to see if it's cold yet... and to sneak a taste, too.
3
Once dough is chilled, heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
4
Grab a Ziploc bag or Tupperware container and put 1 cup confectioner's sugar in it. Then drop large spoonfuls (about a tablespoon's worth) of dough into the sugar. Close the bag/container and roll the dough around, forming balls. Place them about 2 inches apart on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
5
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
6
For even more chocolaty decedent cookies, take two crinkles and put your favorite chocolate frosting in the middle. It's wonderful this way too.
