filling:
1 lb cream cheese

1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup sugar

preheat oven to 350 degrees.

crust: crush the zweiback and mix with butter and sugar

butter the spring form pan and firmly spread the crust.

using a mixer, blend together the filling ingredients and add to the crust.

cook for 35 minutes, remove and cool for a few minutes.
