1. Crush the crackers in a some form of back until very fine. It doesn't have to be too much.Then put to the side.

2. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together in a large bowl.

3. Next mix in the crab meat. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty, mixing with your hands works best.Do not use an electric mixer.

4. Add in the crackers and continue mixing with hands.Then the egg.

5. Once all of it is mixed together and sticking together, paddy the mixture and coat it with the flour.

6. After you coat the cakes with the flour place them in the frying pan filled with vegetable oil cook them until they are golden brown on either side. Feel free to use a deep fryer as well.

7. Let them sit on a paper towel for about 5 minute to get the extra oil off and for them to cool. then feel free to serve or eat.
