Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a food processor, blend graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar and butter 10 to 15 seconds. Transfer mixture to an 11 inch tart pan with removeable bottom. Press mixture onto bottom and side of pan and bake in middle of oven 10 minnutes or until golden. Let cool completely.

In food processor blend cream cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla and Grand Marnier until smooth. In a well chilled bowl, beat cream with electric mixer just until stiff peaks form. Whisk the cream cheese mixture gently into the cream and pour into crust. Smooth top with spatula. Arrange berries and kiwi slices decoratively on top. Transfer to serving plate and chill at least 1 hour or until serving.
