Grand Mariner or possibly Triple Sec; 12 ounce. bag semi-sweet chocolate pcs; 1 1/2 c. walnuts or possibly pecans, minced

2 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. Dutch cocoa or possibly Hershey's instant
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 c. butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Large eggs
2 tbsp. orange extract
3 tbsp. Grand Mariner or possibly Triple Sec
12 ounce. bag semi-sweet chocolate pcs
1 1/2 c. walnuts or possibly pecans, minced

In food processor or possibly blender, process oats till flour consistency.

Add in flour, Dutch cocoa, salt, baking pwdr, baking soda and process in batches till well mixed.

Place in large bowl.

In food processor cream together butter and sugars.

Add in Large eggs, mix, add in orange extract and Grand Mariner; mix.

Add in mix to flour mix and blend.

Add in chocolate pcs and minced nuts.

Use 2 Tbsp.

per cookie, roll into ball and flatten slightly.

Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 350 degrees 14 min.
