2 cup Breadcrumbs
1 cup Worch. Sauce
4 each Eggs
4 tbsp Gran. Garlic
4 tbsp Gran. Onion
2 tbsp Season salt
3 tbsp Black pepper
3 pinch Flour
1 slice Onion
2 slice Bell peppers
1 can Ketchup

Preheat oven to 350?F

Chop onions an bell peppers up very small

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients an mix well

In a 4inch deep pan (you may choose to wrap the pan in foil or use meat loaf already shaped pans) place meat an began to mold the shape of your meatloaf.
