   Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

   Spray an 8 inch iron skillet with vegetable oil.

   Mix flour, baking pwdr, salt, sugar, caraway and raisins in a large bowl.

   Beat egg, lowfat milk and oil together in a separate bowl.

    Combine flour and lowfat milk mix; stir till just blended.

    Pour into prepared pan.
