Ingredients: 1 c. water; 1 stick butter; 1 c. flour; 1 teaspoon baking pwdr; Healthy pinch salt; 4 Large eggs; 3/4 c. Cold Whip; 1 box French vanilla instant pudding; 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk; 1 teaspoon almond extract or possibly vanilla extract; Powdered confectioners' sugar

1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Healthy pinch salt
4 Large eggs
3/4 c. Cold Whip
1 box French vanilla instant pudding
1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon almond extract or possibly vanilla extract
Powdered confectioners' sugar

Shell: Heat water and butter in medium sized pot till butter melts.

Add in flour, baking pwdr and salt to water and shut off stove.

Mix all ingredients in the pot till well blended.

Set aside for 8-10 min.

After 8-10 min, beat in 4 Large eggs, one at a time.

Using a Tbsp.

drop batter onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.

Remove from oven and make a 1/2 inch slit on side.

Put back in oven for 5 min, then remove again, cut in 1/2 horizontally and fill when cooled.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar filling.

Mix Cold Whip, almond extract, lowfat milk and pudding; blend well.
