Good And Easy Chicken Breasts

   Place skinless chicken breasts, rib side down, in a baking pan and pour apple butter over them.

   I use about 28 ounces of apple butter for 12 breasts.

   The amount can vary depending on how many you're cooking.

   A little water can be added to stretch the apple butter.

   Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. You can also cook them on top of the stove using a coated covered skillet and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
