Cream shortening and sugar. Add extracts and juice.

Mix, then add milk combining thoroughly. Mix in dry ingredients.

Add eggs and beat well.

Pour into a well-greased 9 1/2 x 5-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 300u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool.
