Glenn's Favorite Sugar Cookies Recipe

   Cream butter and oil and add in sugar and cream thoroughly.

   Then add in Large eggs and vanilla; continue creaming.

   Sift flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt; add in to creamed mix.

   Form into a ball (dough is sort of stiff).

   Take small pcs from the big ball and roll into even-sized small balls and put on lightly greased cookie sheet.

   Pressed down with fork in criss-cross fashion or possibly with a cookie press.

   bake at 350 degrees 10 min till light brown.

   Yields 6 dozen medium size cookies.
