Glazed Ginger Garlic Chicken

   1. Crisp and render the pork belly pieces.

   2. Brown the chicken in the rendered fat with the pork.

   3. Add the onion and garlic and continue sauteing

   4. Add the wine and ginger and simmer. Should probably remove the chicken at some point to avoid over cooking.

   5. Season and add sweetener as necessary.

   6. Reduce the sauce to thicken.

   7. Serve chicken and onions over pasta or rice with sauce.
