Glazed Cornish Hens(Serves 4)

   Combine jelly and cinnamon in small saucepan; heat, stirring until melted.

   Set aside.

   Place hen halves, skin side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.

   Sprinkle with salt to taste.

   Roast in 350u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.

   Brush with apple jelly and cinnamon mixture.
