1 c. sugar

1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
5 egg yolks
3/4 c. milk
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. powdered sugar

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.

Add butter, vanilla, egg yolks and 1/2 cup milk and beat 2 minutes. Grate chocolate.

Add pecans and grated chocolate to batter.

Pour mixture into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake at 350u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.

Mix orange juice and powdered sugar.
