Glazed Chicken With Spaghetti

   Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for about 5 mins, turning. Add the garlic and cook for another 5 mins.

   Push the meat to the edge of the pan, then add the sugar and say sauce in the middle. Bring just to a boil, then mix with the chicken and chili flakes and season to taste.

   Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and add to the pan with the chicken. Add parsley, stir well and serve.
