Ingredients: 2 clove garlic, minced; 1/4 cup butter; 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour; 2 cup milk; 3/4 tsp salt; 1 dash black pepper; 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese; 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1 lb bulk pork sausage, crumble, browned and drained; 10 oz pasta shapes, cooked and drained; 1 parmesan cheese - to taste

2 cup milk
3/4 tsp salt
1 dash black pepper
6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 parmesan cheese - to taste

Preheat oven to 375

On the stove, Saute garlic in butter for one minute.

Add flour to make a smooth paste.

Pour in milk, cook and stir until thickened.

Stir in salt and pepper.

Add the sausage and the pasta and mix well.

Pour into a greased casserole and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
