16 ounces Quark
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup dried cherries (or dried blueberries, raisins)
CRUMB TOPPING
1 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups white flour
