1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 to 1 tsp. caraway seed

Combine ground beef, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning, bread crumbs, milk, parsley and egg; mix lightly.
