General Tso'S Chicken & Sweet Potato Hash

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

   Remove the sauce packet from the box of Crazy Cuizine General Tso's Chicken. Place under warm running water to thaw, then set aside.

   Remove the bag of chicken, place on a baking sheet and toss with the sweet potatoes, onion, jalapeno, red bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, Chinese five spice and salt.

   Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes.

   Heat contents of sauce packet in a small saucepan over medium-low heat for 2 minutes, or until warm.

   Pour the sauce over the chicken and sweet potato hash and toss to coat. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving. Top with green onions and serve.
