Cover with a damp cloth and let stand in a warm place for about 1 1/2 hours.

Dough should double in bulk. Turn the dough onto floured board.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and place in loaf pans. Cover with damp cloth and put back in warm place for 1 hour or until dough has doubled in bulk.
