Garlicky Crumbs

   In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

   Add garlic and cook, stirring, until opaque but not brown.

   Add bread crumbs and cook, stirring often, until crumbs turn golden (be careful not to let them burn), 5 to 8 minutes.

   Scrape crumbs onto paper towels and let cool before using or storing.
