Garlic Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes

   1. In a large pot, boil potatoes until tender (they're done when a fork is easily inserted).

   2. Drain off water. In a large casserole dish, mash the potatoes and add sour cream, cream cheese, onion, and garlic (more onion and garlic may be added to suit your tastes).

   3. Bake the potatoes, covered, at 350 until hot, or simply heat in the microwave.
