Garlic Potatoes

   Split potatoes partially lengthwise.

   Then cut across about 3 times, depending on size of potato.

   Sprinkle garlic salt, salt and pepper between slices.

   Generously spread with butter between slices and on top.

   Bake in foil at 375u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
