Garlic Pork

   Put the pork in a bowl and add a tbls plain flour/corn starch and roll around the pork until all the meat is coated, remove excess flour.

   Add the vegetable oil to the wok and fry the pork until it is half cooked, then add the garlic and cook until crispy. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce and pepper and then serve with rice
