On top of the mixture, place your sliced mozzarella. Then, squish in your biscuits! If you use all of your biscuits, the center is more likely to turn out a little doughy, but I like the doughy bits, so it wasn't a problem for me.

Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on how doughy you want the middle to be. Since you're using flaky biscuits, you can just peel off the top if it gets a little burnt.

Let it sit for a few minutes before putting it on a serving dish. (This is definitely something that's better warm, though, so don't wait too long!)
