Garlic & Mushroom Sauce

   Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onions and garlic, cook until soft.

   Add the butter, mushrooms, chicken stock and wine, slowly simmer until mushrooms are cooked through.

   Turn the heat up and add the cream, salt and pepper, cook until the sauce is thick.
