Garlic and Basil Chicken

   Heat skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

   Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl and mix.

   Coat both sides of chicken with the garlic and basil mix and place in the skillet.

   Cook for 5 minutes on each side (just until browned).

   Reduce heat, cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or till juices run clear.

    This works for 2-3 breasts.
