1
Cut the chicken into strips.
-
2
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
-
3
Using a fork, make sure that all of the spices are mixed well.
-
4
In a small bowl, combine the egg, garlic, and milk.
-
5
Dip each chicken strip into the egg-wash, then coat it with the flour mixture.
-
6
Dip the floured chicken back into the egg-wash, then coat it with the flour again.
-
7
Place the battered chicken onto a platter, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
-
8
In a deep fryer (I would suggest using a large deep fryer if you have it, we used a smaller one, and it took us quite some time) heat oil to 375 degrees F.
-
9
Fry the battered chicken in the hot oil for 6 minutes.
-
10
Time to make the sauce!
-
11
In a small, microwave safe bowl, combine the hot sauce and unsalted butter.
-
12
Microwave for 1 minute then stir.
-
13
If the butter is not completely melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
-
14
There ya have it; wing sauce!
-
15
So incredibly easy to make!
-
16
Coat the fried chicken with the buffalo sauce.
-
17
I found the best way to do this is to put a few pieces of chicken in a Tupperware container with some wing sauce, and shake until the chicken is evenly coated in sauce.
-
18
Place on a platter, and serve.
-
19
Serve these during the big game on Sunday, and you will be sure to score big!

Enjoy!
