Galbo-Like Baked Chocolate Cookie

   Cut up the chocolate bar, and melt in the microwave.

   Should take about 2 minutes.

   Add the cake flour and katakuriko, and use a large curry spoon,or something similar, to mix in a rolling motion (you don't have to sift the flour).

   Use your hands to quickly make round shapes and place on a baking sheet-covered baking pan.

   I made oval shapes like the galbo candy.

   Cook in your preheated oven at 160C for 13 to 15 minutes and it's complete.
