Fruit Pizza

   Slice cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices.

   Arrange on pizza pan, overlapping edges and mashing together to form crust layer. Bake at 350 to 375u00b0 for 12 minutes, until lightly browned.

   Allow to cool.

   Blend together cream cheese, sugar, extract and whipped topping.

   Spread over cooled crust.

   Prepare 5 or 6 fruits. Arrange in circles over cream cheese layer.

   Cover as much of the layer as possible, to have generous fruit portions on each serving.
