Fruit Packed Muffins

   Mix the butter and sugar together in a bowl until it becomes white.

   If it's hard to blend, add a small amount of oil.

   Add the egg and vegetable oil and mix.

   Combine and sift the ingredients marked .

   Add the milk and dry ingredients alternating in 2 batches to Step 2, and mix well.

   Mix in the dried fruits.

   Pour the batter into cups.

   Bake at 170C for 25-30 minutes.
