Frozen Vanilla Pops

   Beat cream cheese, vanilla beverage mix and sugar substitute in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

   Gradually add milk, beating until well blended.

   Gently stir in whipped topping and blueberries.

   Spoon evenly into paper cups.

   Insert wooden pop stick into center of each cup.

   Freeze 3 hours or until firm.

   Remove from freezer 5 min.

   before serving to soften slightly.
