1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped carrot
1/2 c. chopped red mango

Boil vinegar, water, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed for 1 minute.
