Name: Frozen Fruit Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients: 1 can diced pineapple (No. 2 size); 1 c. Dream Whip or whipped cream; 1 c. chopped nuts; 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows; 1 Tbsp. flour; 1 small bottle maraschino cherries; 2 bananas; 1 egg, beaten; 4 Tbsp. sugar; 1 tsp. vinegar

Drain pineapple and cherries; save juice.

Combine marshmallows, pineapple and cherries.

Let stand for an hour or two.

In a saucepan, combine beaten egg, flour and juices; cook until thick.

Add vinegar and let cool.

Mix cooked dressing with whipped cream and marshmallow mixture.

Freeze.
