1/3 c. lemon juice

1 c. heavy cream

Drain all fruit.

Bring sugar, flour and honey to a boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually add 1/3 cup lemon juice into egg.

Bring just to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
