Frozen Cookie

   Sift together flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt.

   Cream brown sugar and butter; add eggs and vanilla.

   Add to flour mixture.

   Make an oblong loaf of this mixture; wrap it in wax paper and freeze.

   Then cut it thin and bake 10-12 minutes, until brown, at 350u00b0.
