Preheat over to 350 deg.

In a medium size bowl, mix dry ingredients together.

In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients together.

Slowly add the dry ingredients, to the large bowl.

Put in Freezer for 20 minutes.

Take out, and mold into the shape of popsicle, on popsicle sticks.

Place on to tin foil covered, cookie sheet, and place in oven for 10-15 minutes.

Once not raw, but not too cooked, take out of oven and put straight in to freezer for 10 minutes.

While in the freezer, melt all the chocolate chips in the microwave.
