Frozen Chocolate-Covered Banana Bites

   Slice each banana into 8 slices.

   In a bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and peanut butter for about 30 seconds, stir, then heat for additional 30 second increments just until melted and smooth.

   Dip each banana slice in the chocolate, and place onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts, coconut, or sprinkles over each. Freeze until set, about 2 hours.
