Friendship Cake(30 Day Process)

   Combine starter (if available from a friend), sugar and peaches (halved with juice).

   Mix well and put in 1 gallon glass or crock jar with lid.

   Cover and set on counter; stir daily for 10 days, then add 2 1/2 cups sugar and crushed pineapple and juice.

   Stir well for 10 days, covered.

   Add fruit cocktail and juice and 2 1/2 cups sugar.

   Stir well for 10 days, covered.

   Add maraschino cherries with juice and 2 1/2 cups sugar.

   Stir well 10 days, covered.

   At end of 30 days, strain.

    Divide fruit into 4 portions and juice into 1 1/2 cups portions.

    Keep 1 for yourself.

    Next time, give friends each of 1 1/2 cups juice and their recipe.
